For Sale is an excellent example of the Jaeger Le-Coultre Reverso Classique, reference 250.1.86. Introduced in 1930, the Reverso was created for Polo players that wanted to protect their watch whilst playing.
This model features a 23mm 18ct polished gold rectangular case. embossed with deep horizontal lines at each end leading into angled lugs that taper nicely into the brown leather strap, fitted with a gold JLC deployment clasp.
Beneath the solid gold caseback hums the JLC calibre 846, with a power reserve of 38 hours running at 21,600 beats per hour.
Complete with box & papers and bought from the original owner, this model has excellent provenance and has a 24 month warranty.
